Booking & Scheduling

No in-person visit is required. You can get a quote and fully book your cleaning online in just a few minutes or by calling our office.
Same-day service is not guaranteed, but is often possible depending on our schedule. A same-day upcharge applies for last-minute bookings.
You can book directly through our online booking system or by calling our Florida office. You’ll be able to select your service type, date, time window, and provide entry instructions.
Yes. You may cancel or reschedule by contacting us at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your booking are charged 50% of the service cost. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are charged at full price.
Please give at least 48 hours notice to change your cleaning day. If our team is dispatched and can’t clean due to scheduling or access issues, a $50 trip fee may apply.
Because every home is different, it’s difficult to predict exact cleaning times. We provide a preferred arrival window instead. If you have specific timing needs, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Delays are rare, but Florida traffic and weather can happen. If we’re running behind, we’ll contact you as soon as possible. If your arrival window has passed and you haven’t heard from us, please call our office for an update.
If our team arrives and cannot enter due to incorrect codes, locked gates, or unavailable key access, a $60 lock-out fee will be charged to cover time and travel.
No. Many clients provide an entry code, hidden key, or other access instructions. You are also welcome to be present—whatever you’re most comfortable with.
Please pick up toys, clothing, clutter, and personal items from floors and surfaces. This allows our team to clean thoroughly and ensures nothing gets misplaced or damaged.

We offer Standard Cleanings, DeLUXE Deep Cleanings, Move-In/Move-Out Cleanings, Post-Renovation and New Construction Cleanings, Office and Commercial Cleanings, Airbnb/Vacation Rental Cleanings, and Before/After Event Cleanings.
We service offices, schools, churches, retail stores, gyms, medical clinics, warehouses, financial institutions, car dealerships, childcare centers, and more throughout Florida.
A deep clean is a top-to-bottom, detailed service that includes baseboards, vents, inside appliances, under and behind furniture (when accessible), and other hard-to-reach areas. Maintenance cleanings are ongoing visits designed to keep your home consistently clean after it has been professionally deep cleaned.
Starting with a deep clean brings your home up to our maintenance standard. From there, recurring cleanings become more efficient and consistent, giving you better results at each visit.
Deep cleanings typically take 6–8 hours or more, depending on the size, layout, and condition of the property.
We do not wash or dry laundry as part of our cleaning packages. However, we will neatly gather and place laundry into baskets. We do wash dishes, clean the sink area, and place dishes neatly back in the sink.
Yes. We clean interior windows. Exterior (outside) window cleaning is not currently offered.
For safety and liability reasons, our teams do not use ladders. If you provide a small 2–3 step stool, they can use it to reach slightly higher areas. Anything beyond safe reach may not be cleaned.
Yes. Blinds and shutters are either dry dusted with microfiber or wiped with a gentle cleaner, depending on their condition. Old, sun-baked blinds can be fragile and may break during hand cleaning, so replacement is sometimes a better option.
We can clean behind appliances or heavy furniture only if they are moved prior to our arrival. Our team cannot move heavy items due to safety and liability reasons.
Yes. For commercial clients, we clean both during normal business hours and after-hours, based on your preference. Many customers provide keys or access codes so we can clean without disrupting operations.
Yes. We use eco-friendly, non-toxic products that are safe for both children and pets, while still providing an effective clean.

Payments & Pricing

Pricing is based on the size and condition of your property, number of pets, service type, cleaning frequency, and any add-ons you choose. Extra time, if needed, is billed at $50 per hour.
Payment is due on the day of service. We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Your card is typically charged within 24 hours of service completion. Some deep clean services require a pre-booking minimum charge, with any remaining balance billed after the cleaning is complete.
Tipping is never required but always appreciated. If you feel your LUXE Professional went above and beyond, a tip is a great way to say thank you.

Pets & Home Conditions

Yes! We love pets. If your pet is nervous around strangers, vacuums, or noise, we recommend securing them in a comfortable space while we clean.
For health and safety reasons, we do not clean biohazards (blood, feces, urine, vomit), toxic chemicals, severe mold, pest infestations, or extreme hoarding conditions without prior approval. If you’re unsure, please ask us before booking.

Satisfaction, Quality & Oversight

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not happy with any area we’ve cleaned, contact us within 24 hours and, when applicable, we’ll return to address the concern. After 24 hours, additional services are billed at full price.
Yes. Our Quality Control Manager performs periodic check-ins and may join first-time or random visits to ensure our standards are consistently met.
While we are extremely careful, accidents can happen. We are insured and will work with you to repair or reimburse for damage. Please report any issues within 48 hours of your appointment.
Our cleaners are thoroughly screened and vetted. They will not open closets, drawers, or rooms with closed doors without permission. We still recommend securing cash, jewelry, and weapons in a safe place prior to service.

Teams, Access & Safety

We make every effort to send the same trusted professionals to recurring clients. Occasionally, scheduling or illness may require a different team member, but your cleaning will still follow the same high standards.
Many cleanings are done by one LUXE Professional. Larger homes, deep cleans, or commercial spaces may require a team of two or more cleaners for efficiency.
The safety of our team is a priority. We avoid hazardous environments, do not move heavy furniture or appliances, and do not use ladders. If a situation is unsafe, we may decline or modify the service.

Janitorial services refer to ongoing, routine cleaning and upkeep of commercial spaces, including offices, educational facilities, medical clinics, industrial properties, and more.
Yes. We focus on disinfecting high-touch areas such as doorknobs, light switches, shared equipment, restrooms, break rooms, and reception areas to help reduce the spread of germs and keep your workplace healthier.
Yes. We clean childcare centers, schools, and universities with health-conscious products and methods, focusing on classrooms, restrooms, cafeterias, and high-traffic common areas.
Yes. Industrial cleaning is specialized and typically requires a site visit to understand your equipment, layout, and safety requirements. We then create a tailored cleaning plan for your facility.
